CAN I EXTEND MY TOURIST VISA?
The short answer is yes. Each extension could be up to 6 months. In order to get an extension you need to prove your intensions to go back to your country. By the way, there are no limits on how many extensions you can ask for.
WHEN CAN I APPLY FOR A CITIZENSHIP?
Since the day you got your green card, the standard is five years. However, if you have a U.S. spouse, you can apply after three years.
WHY DO I HAVE CONDITIONS ON MY GREEN CARD?
You are married less than two years when you applied for your green card through marriage. After the two year period you can apply for a permanent green card.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO BE MARRIED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A GREEN CARD?
After your official marriage – immediately.
